Scheduled Maintenance on server 3 switch [Sept.20] Friday, September 14, 2012

Dear value clients,

As part of our commitment to provide quality web hosting services, we are contacting you today in regards to a scheduled reboot of the switch on our server 3 (if your hosting account is located on) that is taking place later next week. Please read the details below carefully:

Scheduled Date and Time:
September 20, 2012 beginning at 7 PM EDT (5 hour maintenance window)

Datacenter Location: Orlando, Florida, Data Center

Maintenance Type:
The firmware on your switch was recently updated and in order for it to take effect, we will need to reboot the switch.

Estimated Downtime:
We understand the importance of minimal downtime when doing maintenance of any type and for that reason will do what we can to minimize the overall downtime. As it stands now, we have a 5 hour maintenance window during which we only expect around 10 minutes of actual downtime for the switch to reboot and for your server to become responsive.
