Why is my server down?

I apologize for the inconvenience. If your server is down for more than a temporary issue, we will post the details.

Shared and Reseller

Our system administrators constantly watch the shared servers; we are aware of the current situation and are working quickly to resolve the issue.

Please be patient while service is repaired and restored.

 

How could this happen?

Usually, the cause is a single user who has allowed uncontrolled processes to overload the server. We will suspend that user and restore the server to working condition.

 

Did I do something wrong?

If it was you, your account would be suspended. The person causing the problem will be suspended and get an email from our security team.
